K-105 Cash Code Official Rules


From February 23, 2026 – May 15, 2026 listen each Monday-Thursday at 7:30am, 12:30pm & 4:30pm each part of week’s 4-digit Cash Code.  On Fridays between 6am – 6pm, we will play the “K-105 Cash Code Sounder.”  Caller #5 at 765-448-6525 will have to give the week’s 4-digit Cash Code.  If they give the correct 4-digit code, they win $200 Visa gift card(s).  If caller #5 does not give the correct code, the $200 Visa gift card(s) rolls over to the following week. (Example: Current prize is 1-$200 Visa gift card. If caller #5 does NOT have the correct Cash Code, the following week is worth 2-$200 Visa gift cards.)

One K-105 Cash Code caller will be taken each Friday between 6am – 6pm (2/23/26 – 5/15/26).  Each winner will be awarded a $200 Visa gift card(s) for the correct K-105 Cash Code. Each week’s K-105 Cash Code caller will be recorded for broadcast after receiving the winner’s permission to record and broadcast the conversation.  If the caller does not correctly give the current week’s K-105 Cash Code, he or she will not win, and their $200 Visa gift card(s) will roll over to the following week.  There will be a maximum of 12 winners, for a total of $2,400 in Visa gift cards given away. We will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes within 30 days after winning. The winner will be notified by phone when the Visa gift card(s) is ready for pick up at the station.

WKOA contests are open to all eligible Lafayette, Indiana Residents who live or work within 75 miles of our transmitter 18 or older who have not won anything on WKOA in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted during the duration of the K-105 Cash Code. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Any caller submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize.  Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of prizes allowed by using multiple/different identities, or any other methods void that participant’s prize for the contest. In the event of a dispute as to the authorized account holder of the phone number used will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted.  Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

Employees of WKOA, Lafayette Media Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the WKOA’s main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

No purchase necessary. WKOA’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize. WKOA will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prizes. Winners will be responsible for all federal and state taxes, and any fees and incidentals. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
